Manufactured using the latest injection moulding, compression moulding and mirror welding techniques. Monitored through continuous quality control.

High rigidity both length ways and width ways by virtue of the internal cellular structure with 50/50 mm ribs, with no risk of deformation under torsion. Light weight: thickness 51 mm: approx. 13 kg/m2, thickness 27 mm: approx. 6.5 kg/m2.

Standard dimensions and colours:

Standard dimensions: 2600 x 1000 mm, 1200 x 1000 mm and 1200 x 800 cm, thickness 27 and 51 mm. Other dimensions on request (all dimensions up to 8 m length)

Colour: with the new raw material PPC: light grey RAL 7001, white RAL 9010, green RAL 6029-6005, blue RAL 5002, beige RAL 7032, other colours on request.

With recycled material: PPC dark green,dark grey and black. High insulating value: As a result of the low thermal conductivity of the synthetic material PPC: 0.22 W/m2K and by virtue of the hermetically sealed air in the cells. No internal condensation possible. Measured K-value for a thickness of 51 mm: PPC 1.76 W/m2K. Fire classification E.

Supplied according to plan:

After studying the plan, the panels are welded together accordingly in our workshop so that construction can take place with a minimum of fixing parts.

Complete system:

A complete range of appropriate profiles in synthetic material: PVC H, U and L profiles for panels of 27 and 51 mm, PVC door and window frame profiles, composite corner profiles, aluminium and PVC skirting board profiles supplemented with stainless steel door hinges, bolts…

Simple installation:

To be installed with a hand drill and a few keys. If it is necessary to saw, use woodworking equipment. The panels can be cut per 50 mm length ways and width ways with closed saw cut. Easy to be welded with hand welding equipment for thermoplastic synthetic materials.

High floating capacity:

For a panel of 51 mm thickness: 35 kg/m2.

No final processing:

Once the panels are in place, the pens are ready-to-use and need no long term maintenance.

For floor panels:

With anti-skid structure.

Optimal hygiene:

Nothing sticks to polypropylene. Easy to be cleaned thoroughly and quickly with a high-pressure cleaner and a minimum amount of water. Ecologically sound: There can be no internal accumulation of dirt. The material is therefore 100 % recyclable.
